Back in 2011, in the South Bay, Jon kept hearing the same story from homeowners and contractors: testing was slow, reports were confusing, and the process didn’t feel safe. He founded JLM Environmental to change that.

From day one, Jon focused on three promises: clear guidance, certified work, and fast, dependable results. It started with evenings, weekends, and a lot of coffee—showing up for neighbors, one inspection at a time.

Now, looking back 16 years later, Jon leads a family-run team serving SoCal with the same values JLM was built on: safety, honesty, and care.
