George Casillas

George joined JLM Environmental in April 2021 as an administrative assistant, quickly becoming an essential part of the team. With a background as a certified Environmental Consultant, he brought technical knowledge that helped bridge the gap between field operations and office coordination. Within his first year, George expanded his role to include hybrid inspection work, supporting both field inspections and internal operations.

By 2023, George stepped into the role of Office Manager, where he now helps guide daily operations, supports inspectors, and ensures projects run smoothly from scheduling through reporting. His consulting background allows him to assist staff with technical questions and maintain the high standards JLM is known for.

A South Bay native, George was born and raised in Los Angeles and has a strong connection to the local community JLM serves. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking and visiting the beach. He also enjoys trying new foods, taking road trips instead of flying, watching classic movies, and reading inspirational and spiritual books.
