Deici Ruiz

Deici joined JLM Environmental in 2025, first supporting the team as a Scheduling Administrator before transitioning into her current role as Account Manager in June 2025. Bringing experience from the HVAC industry, she helps manage client accounts while supporting scheduling and financial coordination to keep operations running smoothly.

A Southern California native, Deici enjoys spending time with family and getting outdoors for hiking. At home, she has a barista setup and often brings in custom coffee drinks for her colleagues. She also loves baking and is known around the office for making cookies and treats for team gatherings and celebrations.
